I have a coworker who is attempting to format a 128 MB SD card in order to download an upgrade from Keysoft 6.2 to 7.2 for his BN mPower. When he tried to reformat the card, following all the instructions correctly, he gets an error message that says the card cannot be formatted and that he is to make sure it is inserted into the slot correctly. He can read the files on the card, so we know it is inserted in the right way. He has tried with two SD cards with the same result. Any ideas as to what is going on?
