Hi Donna:

If you had an open file, you would lose it. Look from the standpoint of the "file directory" and see if you find anything. When you get to your "list of files" prompt, press Space, then Space with X, (Read with X, and see what hidden files you have. Hopefully, something will show up there to let us know you haven't lost everything. Good luck, and I sure am sorry about this.

Kind Regards,
Rhonda Clark

Subject: [Braillenote] lost everything

Hello everyone, I have lost everything on the flash disk on my
BrailleNote classic. Is there anything I can do to get it back. I had to do a reset when the message kept coming up that there wasn't enough storage on the disk to exit a file. I hadn't even made any changes to the file. After the reset, it said something like the flash disk was reformatted. When I went into keyword, only the factory default folders were there. Help! Donna
