BN. I lost your email and am sorry this is going to the whole
list.
Anyway, my Braille teacher says that the school should fund any
assistive technology that you need. She also says you may need to
get a technology evaluation to see exactly what is needed. Try

This is a PDF file and I am not sure how well it will work with a
screen reader. It tells all about the rules for Mass and AT.
