To be honest to make the product competitive they need to be using 
Mobile 5.
Also some support for VPN if it is to be used in employment situations
is crucial.
For me personally one of the most frustrating things is that since we
moved to an Exchanged based situation I have to use my Pc for e-mail
rather than my BN.
I agree with everything people have said about the FM radio, not sure I
really saw the point in the first place.
The other huge whole is some kind of text and chat client!
