Diane is correct that a new message would work.  But, seeing as I like to
include at least the previous message in my reply while still being kind of 
lazy, I mostly use the control
shift r which also works.

Ok I have just gotten back on this list and need a bit of tutoring here.
I am taking it if I press control R for an answer to an e-mail that this
reply goes to the sender only. That part I get. What I don't get is at the
end of the message is this tag that tells us to send a copy to the list if
we want the list to hear our answer. So does that mean we have to send a new
message or how is this done? Pardon me, please if this was discussed earlier
but I just need a bit of straightening out.
