Hi Rhonda; I finally did it! It took me a while to make sence of what you ment about going through the list. I sure do not remember anything about not being able to erase on the spot. Press O to open a document. Go to your folder name. If, when you fress Enter, your file name pops up, you still have to space down to that file.
