Hi Kristyn:

I am guessing your authentication problem is in the "directory of accounts" settings. If you are using the BT keyboard, from the Main Menu, just press E S D L. Space down to your "authentication" because I'll bet you have it set to "no." Press Backspace C to change it to yes. Press E chord. When you are asked if you want to confirm changes, just press Y. I'd probably do a regular reset after going back to the Main Menu, just to clear the cogs out. Good luck.

Subject: [Braillenote] Verizon e-mail on BN

I tried to setup a Verizon e-mail account on the BN using the
same
settings as in OE. I got error 171 error connecting to POP
server
(authentication error). Does anyone know which setting to
change?

Thank you.

Kristyn
