After reading Kevin's explanation to Pam about the two ways of calibration, and being that my VNBT mPower had just started yammering that batter reconditioning was recommended, I started calibrating it yesterday, going into options, information support mode, then choosing r for calibration. It's been going strong for 20 hours plus and it says that the battery is being charged, gives me the length of time that it has been charging, and says it's on its initial charge and that there has been one cycle. Will I get some sort of warning when the recalibration is over? The reason I did not choose the other form of calibration, running it until the battery went flat then plugging it in, was because I was afraid I might lose unread email or other documents on teh flash disk.
