block commands.

Dear List,
I am attempting to move a large block of text (about 2 MB worth) from one
file to another. I insert the block markers, enter the command to move
it to the clipboard, and everything appears to work fine. But when I
paste the clipboard, only a small part of the file is being pasted. What
can I do to solve this?
