I would recommend reading the on board user guide, quick reference guide, as well as taking advantage of the mp3 tutorials that can be found on your CompactFlash Card. The tutorials are done by Mike May, chris Grabowski, and Kim Casey. I would also recommend joining the GPS list if you haven't done so as well as attending the online weekly chats that are held on Sundays 4 PST and 7 EST.
