Hi,
Also now seen this one.
While trying to move an email to a new folder, i got:-
Folder doesn't exist. Create a new folder?
y
All 26 folders have now been used
I freed up some database space, not really expecting it to make a
difference, but had to check.
It made no difference.
Only way round was to delete a folder, (after adding it's emails
to another), then I could create a new folder.
When I received this message though, I only had 24 folders, not
including the new one I was trying to create, and also apart from
the original 8 folders provided by KeyMail, (InBox, OutBox, Sent,
Received, All, Drafts, Trash, My Email).
Could HW document this limitation and perhaps change the message
to reflect the actual number of folders you can have?
A higher limit might be nice, though I don't know how easy that
would be to implement.
May be I should try to get a little tidier.
Thanks and regards,
Steve.
