Hi Everyone; HW will no longer be doing cleanings or repairs at convention! I am very surprised and discusted. I made it very clear that they should have sent out an e-mail letting us know ahead of time. I had planned to get my unit cleaned at convention. They claim that people said that they were not doing a good job on repairs and they made some comment about about not having the correct equipment for cleaning. No affence, but if the Packmate people can do it, then why cann't HW? Terry Powers
