If it persists, then it is time to get a replacement. Or perhaps
try
pressing Reset while the card is in (that sometimes solves this
dilemma.).

This occasionally happens. This is mainly due to interference
from other
radio equipment such as another WiFi networks or other wireless
devices.
Also, does it sometimes say "Card not recognized" message?

Jerry, correct me if I'm wrong but I think it was a sand disk.
Viola, How odd. I have been getting messages like not connected
after a few minutes of not using the card but still having it
connected. I'm on a BrailleNote list and I'll ask them right
now, Have you had this happen? I'd have to say it is very strange
that it won't work in my unit or rather will work on a limited
basis. I might just need to cut down on using the card, because
I have used it a lot since I got it in March. List, Could you
please send me any solutions? Please, when it says reply to the
sender only please say no so that Viola will get the message too.
