The following issue has been confirmed by many people on the
list:
Unwanted characters are added at the end of an email address when
replying
This issue has been discovered few months ago. An unwanted
character (possibly a Control character) is inserted at the end
of the email address when using Reply function (I don't know
whether it occurs with Forward function). Lately, on my system,
unwanted characters appear, specifically p and lt at the end of
an email address. This is anoying when sending an email in a
hurry, and the next time a user checks email, a "Returned Mail"
email appears, indicating the address which had error. The only
remedy is to erase the email address from "Copy To," "Send to,"
and "Also Send to" field and retyping it.
