Ottawa Canada Well I finally got around to installing my Victor Soft Pro software on my laptop. Very easy to install. Brings up a menu to select the language to be used for the installation, but the only choice is American English.
Found that after I installed it I have Victor Soft and Jaws both trying to talk at once and I don't seem to be able to find the setting to turn off Victor Soft's own voice. So guess I need to phone Tech Support in the morning. Regarding my USB headset problem: My tech turned up the headset volume in the Control Panel and I guess he saved it, but when I plugged the headset in, I found it had got set back to zero volume somehow! That is a definite problem! Will see if the PC dealer can figure out what is resetting the headset volume to zero and fix it in the morning. Brian Brian K.
