Hi again Joseph and All,

Well, grin, I'm still trying to understand this, and the Microsoft site
isn't much help when I'm quickly trying to perform a search. But, maybe
this is correct?  Windows CE 6.0 is indeed available now as you say;
however, it isn't yet available for the Windows Mobile devices, and that is
what is supposed to happen next year? And, if so, does that mean that
devices such as the BN that use Windows CE as a base to build around could
conceivably release a version of their software being powered by Windows CE
6.0 anytime, while such Pocket PC devices running Windows Mobile 6.0 would
need to wait for the next Windows Mobile operating system scheduled for
next year to take advantage of the Windows CE 6.0? Do I understand things
correctly now?

Hi Vicky,
1. Windows CE 5.0 (specicifally CE 5.2) powers Windows Mobile
6.0.
2. In regards to hardwine, both platforms (mPower and PK) have
features that would be useful under CE 6.0. And I don't know
when HumanWare will decide to upgrade to CE 6.0.
3. CE 6.0 is actually here - it was released on November 2006.
Cheers,
Joseph
