I know that, but I'm still opposed to adopting the code and so far the US
hasn't adopted it.  Besides, the full version of Duxbury still uses the
grade 2 tables for the US and UK and it also supports the Australian
earlier code before they adopted this monster.

Who cares to know what the font for a book is?  I sure don't!  The fonts
are for sighted people, not for us.
