I received my Braillenot mPower with GPS on Friday, July 13, 2007. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that a new version of the software was released on Monday, July 16. I contacted my dealer who contacted Sendero Group. I was informed that I could have the upgrade free of charge. Although I haven't received the email as yet, I am hopeful that this will happen soon.

Unfortunately, when a product is released, it doesn't mean everyone instantly receives their new software. One day this may be true but it is still fairly time intensive for us to update your on-line map database credentials and to download your serialized software and email it to you. It would really help if people would not call or email to ask the status of their upgrade. This just slows down the process as there is often some phone tag involved. Once the office has sent out all the upgrades we have in the cue, we will let the list know. If you haven't received your upgrade by then, we will happily like to hear from you. Until we ask, please be patient. For those of you who receive new software, please read all the documentation before calling for help. Thank you. Mike Michael G.
