Hello!
Try the service reset which is the record button and reset button
held down at the same time. This should make it come alive
again. Plug it in, then try the reset.

Subject: [Braillenote] braille note dead
hello list,
after yesterday my braillenote mpower bt 32 has completely died.
i have
keysoft v 7.2 build 47. yesterday the braillenote froze so i did
a reset
as usual. the first time i did the reset it fixed the problem.
but it
happened again so i did the reset again and after pressing the
reset
button the braillenote died. i have tried the hardware reset and
the
braille display just moves a bit and then the braille note is
still dead.
please could someone reply with a fix.
