You are correct that the Victor Reader Stream is not in stock at this time. I haven't heard of any revision to the ship date. Guess you need to contact Humanware Customer Service and discuss with them why your card has already been charged for the Victor Reader Stream and ask them to reverse the charge and charge your card when your unit is shipped. Do let the list know what the result of your contact with Humanware is. Hopefully your close friend will find all the bugs that are to be found in the Victor Reader Stream so Humanware can make them go away promptly. Brian Brian K.
