I was curious about anyone's thoughts on dumping Windows CE and running KeySoft
off of a specialty form of Linux? (this way, anyone can program for the
BrailleNote, and the limitations of Windows CE would no longer exist). Plus,
being that Linux is more stable, there would be no more system crashes, if any
have occured before. Any thoughts on this? Incidentally two things you should
know if you don't already know about Linux: 1. It's FREE! (hopefully this may
drive down the purchase cost of future braille notes) and 2. It's rock solid,
no viruses, and it's completely 100% open source so, again, anyone can program
for it.
