On a brailleNote classic running Keysoft 7.2 Build 47, both of our compact FLASH memory cards stopped being recognized at the same time. I had added files to one card but done nothing to the other since it had worked last. The wireless network card still functions. Both memory cards can be read by another computer. A reset with or without the memory card inserted does not work. One of these cards is the Oxford Dictionary card received when we purchased that product.
Are there other resets I should try? I am not finding a description of other "reset" options although I remember doing resets with certain keys pressed in the past.
