I don't believe that the unit would have to be larger and heavier. I have seen the Braille Sense from GW-Micro via HIMS, and it is no larger than the Braillenote and it is certainly not heavier. However, it would mean that we would have to pay again for a hardware upgrade, and I know I can't afford it at this time.
