Can anyone explain to me any bluetooth issues that I need to be aware of please? I'm thinking of using mPower as a bluetooth Braille display for my computer, and maybe connect it up to my phone for GPRS access via bluetooth, as well as other tasks, like ActiveSync for the PC. Peggy,

The issue that you are describing is an issue of using Windows CE 4.2 which does not fully support bluetooth. This will be fixed once HumanWare decides to get Windows CE 6 up and running.

Subject: [Braillenote] Bluetooth

Hi, all. I don't know if my Bluetooth situation is related to the same thing that causes my modem problem, or if there's something else I need to do. I have the BN paired with my cell phone, and when I try to connect, I hear dialing sounds in the BN, and the display says "dialing" and then doesn't say anything else. How long is it supposed to take to dial using Bluetooth? I think the cell reception is good in the location I've been trying, but perhaps it's not good enough for the cell phone to be a modem? Or perhaps this is related to the hardware issue? Just want to get some feedback from those who use Bluetooth regularly.

Peggy
