I'm in the UK.
Perhaps there's something particular about the UK Classic
chargers.
Or may be he has misled me.
I must admit I can't see why it would be only occasionally
acceptable.

m-power came with the same kind of adapter that my classic had.

not tell them apart. The only difference might be a cerial

I asked an HW rep this in the UK.
They said the Classic charger could be used on the mPower, but
very much gave the impression that it should be used as a last
resort.
I don't know why.
I have never been in need of a BN charge without having it's
mPower charger to hand.
