Well, although I rarely use the modem, I do use it on vacation in
Portland, because my mother-in-law doesn't have wireless.
Fortunately, the wireless works at a nearby Starbucks, but I had
already decided to call when I get home and see about getting an
RMA number to have this fixed. I hope it only takes two weeks,
and not six! You can be sure I'll ask before sending it in.
