UPS delivered mine the times I have sent it back. They basically
dropped it off and said "have a nice day". There was a Getting
Started Braille guide (chapter 1 of the manual) which should
help, but no further assistance is given unless you ordered
training. One time they put the BN on the back porch when it was
well below zero, especially at night, and never told me about it.
My mother happened upon it four days later... A colder computer I
have never seen. HW expressed much concern and told me to inform
them immediately if anything were wrong so they could pursue the
matter through legal channels. Nothing was wrong, thankfully, but
I have learned it is better to wait for the service to deliver
the unit than to let them drop it off.
