Not sure how they deliver BrailleNotes in the UK. Mine arrived by United Parcel Service (UPS) from my Humanware dealer in Toronto. UPS generally requires a signature upon delivery, so they buzzed my apartment from the building front door and brought the box to my apartment. I signed for it and unpacked it myself. So if a courier brings it, expect to be required to sign for the delivery, after all, it is a high value parcel. If your dealer brings the unit over, they'll probably help you unpack it, plug it in and ensure everything that was supposed to be packed with it is in fact present. Hope this helps. Brian Brian K.
