OK, fair enough, but surely we shouldn't be allowed to delete things like
that? Shalln't lose sleep over it, but I'm
just curious anyhow.

Hi there,
This has nothing to do with BrailleNote: this is by design of ActiveSync.
You would have noticed that you've seen folders from KeySoft System Disk.
The "Flash Disk" entry is just a link to Flash itself: same things occurs
with CF and SD cards entries. This is not just limited to BrailleNote:
ActiveSync, when told to open Mobile Device folder, will display contents
of the System folder (usually RAM Disk) and Flash will appear as a link.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] A serious observation
Hi all,
Another mPower BT 32 observation, but this
time it's to do with how it works
with ActiveSync. When I view it's structure
using My Computer/Windows
Explorer, the Flash disk (yes, the *Flash
disk*) appears as a folder. Worst
off, we're allowed to delete this! Surely
this can't be right, and that
Flash Disk should appear as a drive? Could
this be due to a "bug" in
ActiveSync 3.8? I'm not intending to delete
this flash disk, but just
curious as to why we're allowed to in the
first place. Thanks in advance!
