Hello. As I said in an earlier post I purchased an upgrade to version 7.5 yesterday. The person I spoke with was Mark in the U.S. customer support department at Humanware. For whatever reason my order was not processed and I still have 0 sma updates remaining. If a humanware staff person could email me off-list as soona s possible I'd greatly appreciated.
