Hi
At least you've got a braille display, which is more than I have.
Mine went some months ago, and after contacting humanware uk a
few times, I am still without a braille display.
The reason given for not being able to repair my unit is that the
necessary parts are not available from Tieman.
As well as the usual reasons for wanting a braille display, I do
quite a lot of stuff in welsh. And as you can imagine, the bn
does not speak welsh very well, so it's a bit of a pain with
emails, etc.
well, hopefully I will eventually get it sorted.
All the best, richard.

Guys, I tried to change the Braille intensity on my mPower BT

but it
isn't working. I've tried to set it to both 1 and 9, with no
effect. Can
anyone help please? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
Probably he might want to change Braille intensity to 3 or
lower.
 Cheers,
 Joseph

Hi Blake,
Are you using Tieman or KgS cells?
 Cheers,

Hi there. Whenever I do work on my bn, the braille display
rattles, as though there is a fault inside. Kind regards.
Thanks for any help in advance. Cheers. Blake.
