Thank you. I'm glad to know that it is most likely a minor fix. Guess I will send it out on Tuesday.

Thank you to all of you who wrote with ideas.

Take care,
Lois

Hello.

I had this problem when i performed service resets the display moved up a bit then down again. i sent it in and got it back in less than a weeks time. Or though i'm not happy with the postal service humanware use in the uk. But anyways i think its just a minor issue with the bootloader.

Subject: [Braillenote] My mPower is dead

Hi all,
I'm sending this message again, as I didn't see it come through.
While trying to perform a sdf reset, my mPower just stopped. I
heard the beep, but never the keysoft music. Since then, nothing happens. No Braille display
and no speech. I have tried several service resets, and I hear
the faint noise, but nothing happens. Is there anything I can try before sending it in?
Could I try installing the new upgrade, or does it make sense to
try that. I'm not sure I can survive without it for several weeks. Any ideas would be
most appreciated.
Thanks,
Lois
