Please go into file manager press d for directory, when asked for what drive, press s for SD card and ensure that the following files are present in the none or / folder of your 512 mb SD card: Eboot.bin Nk.bin KeySoft 7.5 upgrade for your exact serial number.exe Also, please remove absolutely all other cards from the CF and PC/MCIA card slots and try again. If any of the above files are missing from your / or none folder, you won't be able to proceed with the upgrade. How far into the upgrade did you get successfully before you received the file not found error message? Please phone me if you think talking you through the process will help. Just call me at 613 247-0665 and leave a voice mail with your name, reason for calling, need help installing the 7.5 upgrade and your telephone area code, number, best time to call and the hours you take calls to. E. g. 7 AM to 10 PM EDT, PDT CDT etc or whatever time zone you are in. I do have Skype and can Skype you if that will help. This applies to anyone else having trouble installing 7.5.
