As explained in previous e-mails, you require a User Authorization Key to activate the ability to play R. F. B. and D. books on an Mpower or a V. R. Stream. Do what the announcement said and contact R. F. B. and D. to arrange to get a User Authorization Key. The U. A. K. is required so foreigners with Mpowers cannot play R. F.
