We have looked at the Word issue that Robert reported recently and we are
able to confirm that what Robert observed was not related to KeySoft 7.5,
and would have occurred with earlier versions of KeySoft.
The problem was being caused by the fact that the document was full of
"non-breaking spaces". These are not handled by the RTF to KeyWord
converter and hence they appear on the Braille display as if there are no
spaces. A "non-breaking spaces" is entered in Word by pressing Control
with Shift with Space, and is normally only used where you want to keep a
group of words on the same line.
We will look at how this situation can be better handled when we are
working on the improvements to handling Microsoft Word documents, that is
scheduled for the next major KeySoft release.

Hello Humanware Development Team,
I have found another problem with Keysoft 7.5.
Td, I received an e-mail with an attachment in Microsoft word
format.
The person sent it to me with it perfectly formatted, but when I
opened it, everything ran together.
S, for instance, each paragraph had several sentences, but in the
document I opened, each sentence would be attached together,
instead of having a perion and a space and then the next line,
where the person had written it with spaces between the period
and the next line.
If there is someone who can respond to me, from Hw and let me
know where to send a copy of the document, I can do so, so you
can see what it did.
