Yes, I thought I must be going insane when I kept getting computer Braille when changing the file type the other day and left it until I felt ready to try again.

Sorry HW, looks like there's more work to be done <Smiles>

We'll try to be patient and help where we can!

Hi Mike,

We confirm that this is an issue, when saving a braille document to another format from within that document to a text document, be it an ASCII, RTF or
MS Word file.

Rhonda Clarke's suggestion of exporting the document via the Translation
Menu is a good work-around. We will investigate what is causing this
issue.

09/07/2007 10:20 braille file as rich text format
            AM

Hi all, I upgraded to keysoft 7.5 build 18 and am using mPower. I created
document in braille keyword format and then saved the file as rich text
format. Several letters were not translated properly. For example, the in contraction was translated as number 9 when saved in rich text format. The braille code is set to USA. Does anyone have a suggestion regarding a work
around. Thanks.
