Chris,

I understand what you are saying, but if you rename the product code to 
pdiboot.exe, the system will only search for it on the SD card if you are 
using a mPower or on the CompactFlash if you are using a PK or Classic.

If you can't rename it on the SD card, your best bet is to send it back to 
your local HumanWare shop.
