James, you can just upgrade to build 20 of 7.5 (they've removed the other
builds anyway, so you're just left with 20), and no, you cannot upgrade
using a thumb drive. As I said in another message, an SD card is *required*
for the upgrade to install successfully. Sorry for the bad news, but that's
the way it is. Hope that helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] Upgrade Query
Hi folks,
I wonder if anyone can answer these please?
1. When I get my transplanted unit back on Friday, it will more than
likely be running 7.2 build 47. In order to upgrade to 7.5 build 20, do I
need to install the other 7.5 builds first, or can i just upgrade from
build 47 to build 20?
2. Is it absolutely necessary to install the software off an SD card? As
I do not have an SD card that matches the specifications required, I was
wondering if I could install the software off of a 512MB USB Thumb Drive?
Has anyone tried this?
Thank you
James
