I can answer your questions. 1. You do not have to install any version of 7.5 but build 20.
2. It is absolutely necessary that you install the software from an SD card that is 512 megabytes or less. There is, unfortunately, no other way to do so. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of James Austin Sent: Wednesday, September 12, 2007 12:11 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: [Braillenote] Upgrade Query Hi folks, I wonder if anyone can answer these please? 1. When I get my transplanted unit back on Friday, it will more than likely be running 7.2 build 47. In order to upgrade to 7.5 build 20, do I need to install the other 7.5 builds first, or can i just upgrade from build 47 to build 20? 2. Is it absolutely necessary to install the software off an SD card? As I do not have an SD card that matches the specifications required, I was wondering if I could install the software off of a 512MB USB Thumb Drive? Has anyone tried this?
