I actually think Humanware in the UK are quite good, and it's very 
reassuring to hear that even the servicing was quick. Well done!

And, I had my BN 32 in for battery check and replacement.
This was here in the UK.
It was picked up Sep 5th, I received it back, fixed, Sep 11th.
