Hello everyone,
I have been using the Bt 200 for some time now, and it drops
characters at the end of a document when embossing.
I have discussed this with Hw, and they say it is an issue with
the bt 200 and that if you are going to use one of these devices,
you should purchase or upgrade to the 220
