I do not know exactly what a static isp address is; But most things having to
do with email accounts, configurations, and the like have to be done in computer
braille!

i got my braillenote eighteen cell classic today loving it, have to
wait for myc harger though smile. from what use i did get out of it,
it appears ia hve to enter my IP address for the static IP here at
university via ethernet. can i enter this in grade 2 braille with 2 5
6, beeing he dot between numbers or how do i do this please
