Peter,

Here are the steps to change speech synthesizer:
1. Go into Options, SPACE with O (FN with O)
2. Press R for Review Voice
3. Space down until you see, "speech synthesizer." It will say elloquence or 
Keynote gold if you have a mPower, Clasic and PK only have keynote gold. 
Press E for elloquence, K for keynote gold.
