Mate,
This sounds to me as if you need to re-calibrate the BrailleNote. To do
this, using a BT keyboard:
1. space with o to open the options menu
2. space with i to enter support information mode
3. press r. If you're told to plug in the AC adaptor, then do so now. You
will shortly hear the BrailleNote chatting to itself. This is so that it can
discharge fully quickly. Once that's done it will start charging. After the
charge is complete you'll hear, I think, "Calibration Complete".
Hope that helps.

Hello MR. Lomas,
This is Kristen.
Plug It Into the (A C) Adapter A-S-A-P!
You may want to try a 4-5-6 reset!
On A Bt Keyboard You do this by pressing the reset button and the keys 4-5-6
at the same
time and release the reset button when you hear the first tone and keep the
4-5-6 keys
held down until you hear a chime then let them up!
I think for a QT the 4-5-6 is J-K-L the same process!
Press Reset and J-K-L at the same time let the reset button up when you hear
a tone keep
holding down J-K-L until you hear a chime then you let J-K-L up!
Write Back And Let Us Know What It's Doing!

LOVE!")
