Kevin,

I must agree with everything said here, I'm looking forward to the release of Keysync, I'm sure that it will happen soon.

I'm using a PK now and the portability is fantastic!
Keysoft 7.5 is a great release and I must congratulate HumanWare for their efforts in fixing the bugs in a timely fassion.

The work I do needs a stable product and I'm happy to say that the BrailleNote makes this possible.

So Thank you HumanWare.

Subject: [Braillenote] Recognizing HumanWare's Efforts

It seems that if there is something not working properly or if something is not out when we expect it, we tend to get frustrated and sure enough there will be comments on the list regarding the matter at hand. This was apparent with the release of KeySoft 7.5 and various other issues that occur with the daily use of this powerful but simplistic note taker that HumanWare has provided us with, the BrailleNote. The types of messages that don't tend to get on the list are the ones that are positive and recognizing HumanWare's efforts.

I would like to take this time to thank and recognize HumanWare for listening to their customers and releasing the most stable product possible. There were users that who couldn't download the bin files for the upgrade because of a restriction placed by their ISP, HumanWare has now made it possible by zipping the files. People have waited for the multi-lingual package for the PK to be made available, that now is available. With the first public release of KeySoft 7.5, there were serious bugs in the system, HumanWare listened and made patches available. We are still awaiting the release of KeySync for use with KeySoft 7.5, but it is great to hear that HumanWare is giving us a status update as well as it is reassuring that they are working on making it the most stable KeySync to date.

So in short, thank you HumanWare for listening to your customers and caring about the quality that we as users receive.

Kevin
