Derek and others, 

All pricing inquiries should be something that be taken on an individual
basis. I would recommend for you and any others who are having any physical
issues with his/her BrailleNote for him/her to phone into his/her nearest
HumanWare dealer and speak with someone at Customer Services. They will
issue you a quote and an RMA.
