Hi Nikki,
Go to File Manager/Directory and navigate to
Flash Disk/KeyPlan folder. When the folder
name is displayed, press BACKSPACE with dots
2-3-5-6 (CTRL plus 8 on QT) then press y to
delete the folder. If it says something
about protected files, press a to continue.
After you are done, immediately press Reset
button.
