Alex, Chris and list, I have tried a C1C4 RESET as well as a C3C4, this is similar to a no-key reset and a 456 RESET. I am running KeySoft 7.5.20. I haven't seen this occur on the mPower but I don't use it with as much regularity as I do the PK.
