Alex, Chris and list, 

I have tried a C1C4 RESET as well as a C3C4, this is similar to a no-key
reset and a 456 RESET.  

I am running KeySoft 7.5.20. 

I haven't seen this occur on the mPower but I don't use it with as much
regularity as I do the PK.

No, it works fine for me.  Have you tried a simple reset? If so, try a 456
reset.  As of 7.5, this type of reset seems to take care of things that a
simple reset does not.
