Hi there, Did you place the file in the forrect folder? I personally recommend that you use "Application Program" option instead of "Install KeySoft Fextension" item to install the product key. Cheers, Joseph

I have transferred them to my compact flash card and the PK is still connected to my computer via USB. When I go into the utilities menu and select the Install Keysoft Extension option and then the drive and file, it states that the file does not exist when it does and I can find it on my PC within the compact flash drive under mobile device.
